Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

It's here gamers and it's bad.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 hit shelves today, much to the relief of adoring fans and drooling gamers. But, what was not anticipated was how well CoD Modern Warfare 2 was recieved. In fact, just from the first day sales figures that Activision released for the opening day of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - it smashed all of the other one-day sales records.

Take this number in gamers: we spent over $310 million dollars on Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 in the first day that it hit shelves all over the world.

$310 million.

Who says the console video game industry is dead?

Believe it or not, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 actually beat out the previous one-day sales record holder - Grand Theft Auto IV - as it broke the GTA record with just numbers from two countries. GTA IV grossed $310 million around the world - CoD Modern Warfare 2 grossed that amount easily in just the US and the UK.

Think about the numbers added to that from all around the world and then turn back around and tell me that the video game industry is dead folks. Sure, MMO games are cool, casual PC games rock, but come on guys - $310 million dollars in one single day, in just two countries. That is even blowing Halo 3's release out of the water and it was touted everywhere for months before it hit shelves.

Activision Celebrates -

Mike Griffith, CEO of Activision Publishing, celebrated.

"The shattering of these entertainment records is a testament to the compelling, cinematic and uniquely engaging experience that the Call of Duty brand delivers," he said in a press release. "Modern Warfare 2 has taken interactive experience to unprecedented heights setting a new standard for entertainment."

The modern day war game takes players around the globe as they track down a dangerous international terrorist. It's particularly popular as an online game, although the sudden influx of players has already proven too much for the PS3 version's online servers to handle. Things have been rosier on the Xbox 360: earlier today, Microsoft spokesperson Major Nelson tweeted that the Xbox Live service just hit a new record of 2 million simultaneous players.

Modern Warfare 2

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is shaping up to be one of the best in video game history. Don't miss out on any of the action.

Yes! You can find wholesale video games distributors by just hitting a search on Google. Typing certain keywords might do it to get enough middleman's. Within 3 well-spent minutes of online experience anyone can practically get to this point. Locating the right wholesale trade information in order to resale for adequate mark-up standards is the challenge not many get to see.

Many of the wholesale sources being advertised on general wholesale list trading sites are middleman sites. Which means, more frustrated students on wholesale walking out with a lame distributor or supplier that can only make him or she a 10-20% average profit margin from the moment they purchase.

So what are the easiest, yet correct ways to get wholesale distributors, suppliers and wholesalers? If you want to resale merchandise that will provide you a profit the old tradition of wholesale success still prevails on many markets. You buy low and you sell high. No rocket science, right? How can you make sure that the distributors you get in contact are the real deal?

If they don't show you the prices at first glance, chances are you got at least a good wholesale source. The majority of the distributors and suppliers who don't show-up their prices are in the majority of the cases, legit. While this does not suggest 100% assurance to anyone, it at least is a good initial sign.

For example, if you're looking for for video games accessories, try doing a relevant search for "video games accessory suppliers" until you get to page 100 and repeat with different keywords. Chances are you'll get tired and in fact, you should know better. There are better ways to look for such information these days.

Most people that I know while checking their research capabilities, as I see, they type short word phrases the majority of the time. If you put such examples of video games accessories, try searching for wholesale video games merchandise distributors of accessories for PS3. That's a longer keyword that is surely aimed and more targeted for your particular possible needs if you're going to do it the old industrial way.

With such example you could get better results if you were to invest your time solely with yourself, without help and only with your time. While this is surely a way to start searching in the cheapest form available, you should know that you'd need to test these types of distributors, suppliers and wholesalers at any given time. It does take time, but depending your way of work you can invest such giant amount of time without spending a dime. But do prepare to work a lot more.

The exciting part of selling is when you buy the product and combine it with other products of low-cost that are perceived as worth-while purchases. A recent example I gave to a client was with his cellular resale business on eBay.

If you're going to offer cell-phones, limited editions or discontinued mobile phones like he was doing, add an additional value of additional value that doesn't cost more out of your bottom-line. There are plenty of options if you know how to look for those. By adding just a signal strength booster that goes in the battery area and added as a bonus, from a competitor standpoint, he then has an advantage at least on eBay. There are a lot more examples, but you should get the point.

The more added value you can get out of a distributor or discount supplier, the better it should be for your bottom-line! Keep the work on, non-stop. There's a lot more to learn when it comes to wholesale. Just make sure to keep adding your own diligence until you get what you want out of sourcing for wholesalers, distributors and suppliers. It's that simple.
